Budomex SPAL 45 are aluminium structures for indoor and outdoor architectural elements, which do not require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types of partition walls, windows, door, including manual and automatic sliding door, double acting door, cash register stands and display cabinets.
Design depth of window sections: 45 mm (frame), 53 mm (sash); door, respectively: 45 mm and 45 mm. The applied design depth of sash and frame sections creates the effect of a single surface from the outside (when the window is closed). In the case of doors the effect is of faced surfaces of sashes and frame.
Special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets guarantee tightness, the material is additionally wear resistant. Glass gaskets and central gasket are cut at 45° angle and glued in the corners. On the outside ventilation and drainage openings are masked with plastic covers.
Window panes and other fillings are installed with glazing beads and glass gaskets, 2 - 26 mm window pane sets may be applied. Such a wide range of possibilities in terms of fillings thickness guarantees the possibility of implementing the majority of standard window panes.
Budomex SPAL 45 aluminium structures enable conforming to European standards in terms of hardware, locks and hinges. This allows for meeting various requests of our customers without introducing changes to the basic design.
Powder coating or anodizing method is applied as far as painting is concerned.
