Budomex SPAL 60 stands for aluminium structures for outdoor architectural elements, which require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types or windows, door, entrance enclosures, display cabinets and winter garden walls.
3-chamber construction sections. Design depth of window sections: 60 mm (frame), 68 mm (sash); door, respectively: 60 mm and 60 mm. Accepted design depth of sash and frame sections creates the effect of a single surface from the outside (when the window is closed). In the case of door the effect is of faced surfaces of sashes and frame.
Thermal breaks and special gaskets ensure thermal insulation. Thermal breaks are made of polyamide reinforced with glass fibre. This type of design also ensures good noise insulation. Rw index value depends on the type of windowpane as well as window or door type.
Special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets guarantee tightness, the material is additionally wear resistant. Glass gaskets and central gasket are cut at 45° angle and glued in the corners. On the outside ventilation and drainage openings are masked with plastic covers.
16 mm – 41 mm window pane sets may be applied. Such a wide range of possibilities in terms of filling thickness guarantees the possibility of implementing all standard window panes.
Section design allows for installing standard, according to European standards, hardware, locks and hinges. This allows for meeting various requests of our customers without introducing changes to the basic design.
Sections are joined with minimum machining, using provided aluminium couplers and additional accessories. L-type corner connections are possible due to cutting ends of frame or sash section at 45° angle as well as kneading and gluing them with 2-element glue to aluminium corners recessed into internal section chambers. T-type transverse connection is possible due to twisting lacings with recessed couplers and gluing. Application of glue guarantees rigid and tight connection.
